The clinic is the most hygienically maintained with strict Covid adherence. The staff are in PPE & the chairs are sanitized with each visit in the doctor's room. The staff are approachable and friendly.

About Doctor:

The doctor was friendly and took the time to dwell on history and explained clearly about the issue. Felt happy with the consultation and the staff were friendly.

Waiting Period:

I booked an appointment for 11 AM and had to wait for 1 hour 20 mins. Unsure if this was my lucky day. But does this happen usually to others? No clues about it.

Feedback for Practo:

If an appointment is booked and the wait time is minimized to +/- 20 mins, unlike 60 mins would be ideal. If there is a way that the team can enforce, then the App would be the most desired of all. Kindly incentivise the clinics for this (carrot approach)

When I got Haemmoroidectomy / Piles surgery (Manual surgery) done in December 2018, I was 32 years old.

Dr. Madhu Vasireddy physically examined using a Proctoscope and let me know that I was having Stage-3 piles and recommended manual surgery (not laser, not stapler) as manual surgery almost has no recurrence probability. The date for surgery was fixed and the surgery was successful with no complications.

I must say that recovery took about 3-4 weeks with first 1-2 weeks extremely painful but with gradual decrease in pain. You most likely will not forget the first time you pass stools after the surgery but remember that the pain will and should subside subsequently.

Doctor was available for follow-up visits to check for any complications.

Overall, hassle-free process.
